Faith

Description: Over the weekend I armed myself with the camera and decided to take a second trip to the small beach at Punggol. There was a passing shower, but after which the sky became extremely clear and the rays of the sun started to beat down relentlessly. Because of the glaring conditions, I was squinting as I combed the beach. It was an endless stretch of sand and rocks.

It was quiet and beautiful, but I needed to look for something more interesting. Then I spotted a little salt-encrusted seedling growing in an almost non-existent gap between several small boulders. It was surprisingly resilient for its size. This tiny plant seemed to remind me of how much more I could accomplish, if only I had just a little bit of Faith.
